BASE RATES INCLUDES:

Water, Electric, Sewer (full hookup sites) & Cable at RV sites
Up to 2 people (ages 5 and under free). There is a maximum of 5 people allowed per site.
Two (2) licensed vehicle (includes all trailer types)
Only One (1) RV per site

A two night minimum reservation is required for Weekends and Festival Weekends. (Three night minimum reservation is required during the Memorial, Independence Day, and Labor Day holidays. A $40 advance deposit is required per site reservation.
